Northumberland National Park

Covering an area of more than 400 square miles, Northumberland National Park is the least populated National Park in the whole of the UK. Featuring stunning remote and tranquil landscapes with plenty of unspoilt flowing rivers and rolling mountains that are home to an array of wildlife such as the moorland bird, red squirrels and black grouse. The park is also home to historical sites such as Hardrians Wall and the remains of Bronze Age burial sites. Northumberland National Park is not just home to stunning scenery but is also home to a vast selection of outdoor activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, horse riding and playgrounds.
