Pear Tree cottage is situated between the old market town of Morpeth and the medieval town of Alnwick. Just a short walk from the small village of Longframlington with its award winning village shop, butchers ,two local pubs, children’s play park, tennis court and football pitch. Within easy reach of Holy Island and the wonderful Northumbrian coastline. For retail therapy the Metro Centre and Newcastle city centre are around 40 minutes drive. Pear Tree Cottage officially sits inside the Dark Skies Gold Tier.

Accommodation – Sleeps 4, plus cot (provided). 1 double and 1 kingsize. The kingsize bed transforms, via a quality ziplock, into two single beds suitable for children. Both bedrooms en-suite. A large open plan living area, beautifully furnished, oak flooring and wood-burning stove. With Sky TV, free WiFi access. A fully-equipped country kitchen and dining area. Well behaved pets welcome.

Rooms

Enter into a spacious lounge with log burning stove, modern open plan kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms, both en suite, are at each end of the Sitting Room/Kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and other a kingsize which can transform into two single beds suitable for children. Both bedrooms have a shower room with toilet, shower and wasbasin.
