Evening skating tickets do not include entry to The Alnwick Garden. They allow a half an hour skate on our rink at a selected time. - Grand Lantern Parade

- Led by ‘Spark’, The Alnwick Garden Christmas Grand Lantern Parade is a magical live music, light and movement spectacular. - Follow the family-friendly Christmas trail, see the sparkling Christmas trees light up the Visitor Centre, cosy up by the fire pit and toast marshmallows, treat those on the nice list (or treat yourself) with a spot of Christmas shopping, enjoy mulled wine and mince pies from the Tea Rooms, and get into the festive spirit! Heatherslaw Light Railway
- Santa Specials
- 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th December 11am, 12:30pm and 2pm
- Passengers are invited to travel from Heatherslaw to Etal Station and back on our Christmas decorated train! The train will be hauled by one of our steam locomotives, “Bunty” or “Lady Augusta”. On returning to Heatherslaw Station, passengers will be shown up to the model railway room where they can enjoy refreshments. The model railway will be running to entertain the children while they are waiting to visit Santa. Families will be invited into the decorated grotto to see Santa who will provide each child with a quality Christmas gift. - Another Pop-up dinner filled with good homemade food and a relaxing ambience. Each menu consists of steak, fish, vegetarian option and gluten free puddings, so there is something for everyone. • See the animals in their Christmas stables
• Have a Hoot with the Owls
• Be mesmerised by Meerkats & Marmosets
